"I'm
now back at work after five fabulous weeks overseas. The final
two weeks
of our holiday was with the motorhome out of Vancouver. The service
we received was first class. Our vehicle was almost brand new
and
had absolutely everything we needed. We enjoyed every minute we
spent in and around the van.
The pick-up
and drop-off arrangements worked a dream. The rep was there to meet
us at the St Regis hotel promptly at 9am on the appointed day and,
after we returned the vehicle, he deposited us in town and later
transported us to the airport. As a travel companion on these trips,
he was ever friendly, charming, helpful and informative. He is a
first-rate ambassador for the company.
At the
office in North Vancouver we were fortunate enough to have a rep
who looked after the paperwork at both ends of the trip. She even
suggested (and organised) the change of accommodation from the dingy
hotel we were booked in to the very pleasant St Regis hotel. She
also organised our travel arrangements after we had dropped off
the van. We are deeply indebted to her for the arrangements she
made for us. Everything worked perfectly and it made the whole motorhome
rental experience something we will always remember fondly. Throughout
it all, she was not only decisive and efficient but also pleasant,
good humoured and approachable - all in all, an absolute delight
to deal with.
And,
as I indicated previously, my personal dealing with Drive Travel
in the lead up to the holiday was a most pleasant, memorable experience
as well. Because of my personal dealings with you, I had the utmost
confidence that everything would fall into place as arranged - and
that's exactly what happened!
All round,
the experience of dealing with Drive Travel and Motorhomes Canada
was very, very rewarding. Not only is the product a good one, but
the people wrapped around the product are all exceptional with a
uniquely acute sense of what it takes to generate
customer satisfaction. Because of the great experience we had, we
will advise all of our friends to visit Canada and to deal with
Drive Travel. I've probably used my full range of superlatives now,
but you guys deserve it! All the best."

trip, overall, was fantastic for us all in that we got to see family
and friends again (kids found this wonderful) and we travelled a
large number of kilometres through Europe. The Camping sites throughout
Europe (except for Belgium) have improved 300 percent compared to
14 years ago. The dollar rate with the European currencies (especially
the pound!!!) were not in our favour of course but that was expected
to a certain extent….Thanks again for all your wonderful service
to us beforehand. Your service was so great that I have given your
e-mail address to one of my staff members for assistance in car
hire, I think. I will keep Drive Travel in my Favourites and visit
every so often to see what sort of specials you have. We may even
need some car hire or something next year if I can get our Frequent
Flier points up to fly to Brisbane. We will have to wait and see.
