The daily motorhome rental rate includes:

• 20% government taxes
• Comprehensive insurance, with a non-removable excess of EUR 700 (~700~) per accident (refundable bond)
• 310 kms per day (EUR0.3(~0.3~) per extra km )
• Air Conditioning supplied from the motorhome engine
• Ancillary equipment, including outside table and chairs, awning, bike racks.
• Kitchen equipment (crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, cooking tools)
• Liquid for toilets, gas for cooking, heating and refrigerator
• Supply of required documentation (temporary internationa permit for use of the motorhome outside Slovenia  by the named renter(s).
• Explanation and demonstration of the motorhome's features and functions.

To Make a Booking:

A deposit of 30% of the rental will be required to make a booking.
The balance payment is due eight (8) weeks prior to pick up of the vehicle.
When making the booking the motorhome company require details of the customer’s credit card, to cover any possible cancellation fees, should they be higher than the initial booking deposit.

Pick-Up and Drop Off:

Pick up from the City Celje, or also we can come to you on the airport (costs mentioned below)
Pick Up - 3.00 pm. to 6.00 pm
Drop Off - 8.00 am. to 11.00 am
Late drop off fees - EUR 20 (~20~) per hour.

Price for pick-up or drop-off of a motorhome at the airport:
Ljubljana airport (Brnik) = EUR 90 (~90~) per one way
Zagreb, Graz = EUR 120 (~120~)per one way

Transfer from Ljubljana Airport to depot (Celje - Obrtna) is 80kms
Transfer from Zagreb Airport to depot (Celje - Obrtna) is 115kms

In case of accident the customer must first inform the hirer and also to call the police. In this case the accident report form obtained from the police must be filled out for the hirer to complete the insurance procedure.

The renter / driver has to be more then 23 years old and has to have more then 3 years driving licence.

Pets are not allowed in the motorhome and smoking is also not allowed in the motorhome.

Only drivers listed in the hirer's contract are allowed to drive the motorhome.

Optional Extras:

Rental of bedding / linen set (blankets, sheets, pillow, towel) = EUR 25 (~25~) per person.
Rental of power converter (12 Volt to 220 Volt) = EUR 20 (~20~) per week.
Rental of baby seat (9 - 18kg weight) = EUR 20 (~20~) per week.

Obligations of Hymer Glavan:

The hirer has to give the vehicle prepared for renting, technical faultless, clean, with full tank of oil, full tank of fresh water and empty tank of wastewater and toilet's tank, full 2 bottles of gas. The hirer obligate to give the vehicle in time.

Your Obligations:

The vehicle must be return in time and in the same condition as before renting to the hirer. The vehicle has to have the full tank of oil, full tank of fresh water and empty tank of wastewater and toilet's tank.
If it is not in the same condition the hirer have right to charge the costs for repairing, cleaning, emptying the toilet,
The vehicle must be driven only in before agreed destinations and crossing countries.

Security Deposit:

In addition, a rental bond of EUR 700 (~700~) must be deposited before taking possession of the motorhome. The rental bond will be returned to the renter at the completion of the rental period, provided the motorhome is returned in the same condition as at the beginning of the rental period. The balance of the rental bond will be returned to the renter after deduction of any charges for late return, damage or cleaning/servicing.

Vehicles:

All the motorhomes in our rental range, all of which are less than 3 years old. Excellent driving/living comfort is guaranteed in all our Hymer models: kitchen (with refrigerator, gas cooker, sink, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils), bathroom (with toilet, shower and hand basin), central heating system suitable for temperatures down to -25°C, hot water supply, electrical system that works on the 12V internal battery or connected to a 230V outside supply, radio with CD player, awning, outside chairs & table, external rack for 4 bicycles.

All our motorhomes are equipped for comfortable, carefree travel and living. Travel where you would like to go, visit countries which you would like to see, prepare your breakfast where you want and when you like, meet lots of interesting people.

Cancellation Fees:
Once we make a reservation on your behalf cancellation fees apply. We therefore suggest that you take out Travel Insurance at this time.

• 45 days or more prior to departure - 30% of rental costs
• 44 - 30 days prior to pickup - 45% of rental costs
• 29 - 16 days prior to pickup - 70% of rental costs
• 15 - 01 days prior to pickup - 100% of rental costs
• Day of Pickup - 100% of rental costs
• Amendments: EUR 20 / EUR 40 once documents are issued
• NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY RETURNS
