The daily rental rate includes:
- Insurance (3rd party and property damage liability - Theft and Fire - Green Card - CDW - EUR 1000 for each event)

Rates do not Include:
Engine lubricants - Fuel, Toilet Chemicals.

Please note: Air Conditioning available on selected vehicles only.
Air Conditioning (While Driving) only works when the engine is on, and Air Conditioning (External Power) only works when the vehicle is connected to external power.


Please Note:
For all TV / DVD rentals, a security deposit of EUR 300.00 (~300~) is required. This is refundable at the time of drop off if all equipment is returned in it's original state.
Child Seats come in two sizes: 0-18kgs, and 9-36kgs. Please advsie the size that you require.

The following is payable in Italy:
Refundable Bond: EUR 1500 (~1500~) - payable by Credit Card.
Insurance Excess: EUR 1000 (~1000~)
Additional Kilometres: EUR 0.25 (~0.25~) per kilometre
Minimum Age: 21 years
Driving Licence: International or Italian Class B driving licence issued at least one year prior.
Additional Drivers: Are allowed even if not at the depot at time of pick up at no additional charge but must fit the driver's criteria as list above.
One Way rentals: May be available on request - Please contact us for details. One Way Fees do apply.
Cleaning Service: If returned unclean €50 (~50~), if returned with waste-water tank not emptied EUR 15 (~15~) for each tank.
Excess Reduction: EUR 10.00 (~10~) per day will reduced the insurance excess from EUR 1,000 to EUR 300.00 (~300~).

Vehicles are rented solely to those clients who undertake to keep their vehicles under supervision during stopovers, either by leaving the vehicle in guarded parking areas or by watching over the vehicle personally.

Our vehicles are only permitted to travel freely in EEC countries and Switzerland: a special authorisation must be obtained for all other countries. (please note that vehicles are not allowed into Albania, Irag, Morocco, Yugoslavia)

Please note: that Green Card insurance is included in the rates and provide cover for travel within Poland, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia & Ukraine.

Deposit:
A refundable bond is required on pickup: EUR 1,500 (~1500~)

Bedding Kits and Kitchenware Sets:
Bedding Kits are available (sleeping bag, pillow and pillow case, two towels) at EUR 25 (~25~) per person, and sets of kitchenware (cooking pots, cutlery, cups, plastic glasses etc...) at EUR 35 (~35~) per vehicle, for the whole rental period.

One Way Fees:
One way Fees are charged on how long the rental is and on fuel costs, Please contact us for details.
One Way Rentals may be available to OR from Rome on a request basis.

Minimum Rental Periods:
7 days (15 days for High Season unlimited mileage / 20 days for High Season limited mileage).

Drivers Age:
Minimum age of driver 21.

Additional Driver:
No extra fee is charged for a second driver. An additional driver can drive vehicle as long as they have a driving licence.

Driving Licence:
Driver must have an Italian Class B Driving Licence issued at least one year previously, or an International Driving Licence.
Additional drivers are allowed even if not at depot for the pick up.

Airport Transfers:
7 seater minibus, available during Freedom Holiday official hours: Please enquire for more details. Charges do apply.

Cleaning Services:
Cleaning Service: If returned unclean €50 (~50~), if returned with waste-water tank not emptied EUR 15 (~15~) for each tank.

Toilet Chemicals:
1 litre of chemicals costs EUR 5 (~5~) and is enough for 10 days (if clients empty the tank everyday).

Child / Baby Booster Seat:
EUR 3 (~3~) per day. Maximum EUR 50

Free Parking Area:
Clients' cars can be parked inside Freedom Holiday's depot for the duration of the rental period for free.

Pickup and Delivery:
At Freedom Holiday Centres or as otherwise agreed.
In the case of late deliveries, clients must have authorisation in order to avoid penalty charges.
For agreed pickups or deliveries taking place other than at Freedom Holiday Centres, a minimum charge of EUR 30 (~30~) will be applicable, as well as a charge of EUR 1.50 (~1.50~) per km for a minimum of EUR 100 (~100~) in addition to the charges listed for mileage over and above the franchise stated on the contract.
Freedom Motorhomes are closed on Sundays

Please note: Freedom will be closed during public holidays and if a public holiday falls near a sunday then freedom will have a long weekend. Long weekends can not be divided.

Insurance Conditions

Your vehicle will be covered with the following insurance:

Excess Reduction: You can reduce your excess from EUR 1000 (~1000~) to EUR 300 (~300~) by paying a daily fee of EUR 10 (~10~) (minimum EUR 50 (~50~))

Mechanical Failures and Repairs:
Any expenses incurred by the client which are not his responsibility will be refunded on return, upon presentation of the invoice showing the relevant parts replaced, and made out to Us. Tyre repairs will not be refunded (punctures, bursts, etc).

Other Information:
Vehicle can be taken to UK, Ireland, Greece by ferry.
All vehicles have Seatbelts and Radio / Cassette players.

Distance from airport to depot and approx taxi fare is 15km, - EUR 26 (~26~) - EUR 46 (~46~)
Distance from City centre to depot is 23km and approx taxi fare is - EUR 36 (~36~) - EUR 52 (~52~)
Nearest hotel is Hotel Ping Pong (on the beach)
