The following is included in the daily rental rate:

- Unlimited free mileage
- VAT Tax at 19%
- Full comprehensive vehicle coverage with EUR 1200 (~1200~) ( Group H EUR 2,000 (~2000~) ) deductible per damage and EUR 500 (~500~) per part comprehensive damage claim.
- Third party liability insurance with unlimited cover for personal injury and property damage or loss.
- Maintenance service and repair for wear.
- Equipment and accessories appropriate to vehicle model.
- Bike Rack (Free for all Groups when requested except Group A)

Please Note:

If you pick up or drop off on a Saturday, a mandatory fee of  EUR 75 is payable for each pick up and drop off.

Winter Tyre Fee (compulsory in winter) - EUR 100 - payable at Depot
Regularly winter tyres are mandatory from mid November to mid March. 

The following is payable upon collection of the vehicle (payable in EUROPEAN EUROS):

- Security Deposit:  EUR 1200 (EUR 2,000 for Group H) - refundable upon return. Payable by Credit Card. (No Amex / No Diners)
- Fuel Surcharge (if returned without a full fuel tank): EUR 2.50 per litre of diesel.
- Saturday Surcharge: EUR 75 charged for a Saturday pick up and drop off.
- Late Return Surcharge: If the vehicle is returned late EUR 28 per hour will be charged per hour or part hour plus any compensation for subsequent renters delayed supply of vehicle.

The detailed explanation and demonstration on the use of the vehicle will take about 1 hour.  The explanation of the motorhome by DRM depot staff is only possible in German and English.

Limitation of liability and insurance:
If the renter has full comprehensive vehicle insurance, he or she shall be liable for up to EUR 1200 (~1200~) per damage if the rental property is used in accordance with the contract. We strongly recommend that clients carefully and thoroughly check the vehicle for prior damage, however minor including overhead and have these noted and agreed on the contract. The vehicle will be thoroughly checked on dropoff and all damages are charged for.

If the rental party has only third party liability insurance, he or she shall be liable for up to EUR 600 (~600~) per damage claim.
A Liability redutions option is available for EUR 9 (~9~) per day. This liability reduction reduces the deductible for partly comprehensive insurance to EUR 200 (~200~) and for fully comprehensive insurance to EUR 500 (~500~) per damage.

For malicious damage or damage caused by or gross negligence, especially if the driver is unfit to drive as a result of alcohol or drugs, the limitation of liability is null and void.

Service fee:
A service fee is always payable.
This service fee includes the following facilities: full fresh water tank, full gas bottle, toilet chemicals, exterior cleaning.
The vehicles are handed over clean, and they must be returned clean.
If interior cleaning must be carried out by the rental company, a EUR 100 (~100~) cleaning fee is charged.
A toilet cleaning of EUR 150 (~150~) if toilet is not emptied when the vehicle is returned.

Minimum Age:
The minimum age of renter and driver is 21.
Driver must have had a full driver's licence for at least 1 year.

Driver's Licence Requirements for driving a Motor Home can change from Country to Country. It is your responsibility to ensure that your driver's licence permits you to take delivery of the size and weight of the vehicle you choose to hire and to drive in all the countries where you propose to travel. PLEASE CHECK THESE REQUIREMENTS WITH THE RELEVANT COUNTRIES’ EMBASSY, CONSULATE, OR TRAVEL OFFICE IN YOUR AREA, OR YOUR LOCAL MOTORING ORGANISATION.

Fuel costs and operating costs:

Must be borne by the renter (Vehicle is supplied with a full fuel tank when picked up and must be returned with full tanks otherwise DRM charges EUR 2.50 (~2.50~) per litre of diesel).
The rental prices are always from the pick-up point until the return to the drop off point.
Seasonal rates will be charged in accordance with the use by the renter.
If the vehicle is returned after the time agreed in writing, we will charge EUR 28 (~28~) per hour or part of an hour (but not more than the daily rate), and we will pass on to you any claims for compensation damage which the subsequent renter may take against us as a result of delayed vehicle supply.

Conditions of payment:
A security deposit of EUR 1200 (EUR 2,000 for Group H) (~1200~) is required at departure to ensure the vehicle is returned on time, complete with all equipment and in undamaged condition.
Deposits may be made by credit card only.
Refunds will be issued within 20 days after the drop off and the final check.
The expected rental price must be paid, at the latest, eight weeks before pick-up.
Please note that American Express and Diners cards are not accepted.
For bookings at short notice (less than 21 days) the expected rental price is payable immediately.
Any extra charges payable will be deducted from the security deposit when the vehicle is returned.

Prior to departure from the Motorhome depot:
It is absolutely essential that the renter receives instructions on the use of the vehicle from our Motorhome expert. The detailed explanation and demonstration on the use of the vehicle will take approximately 1 hour. The detailed explanation is only available in German or English.

One Ways:
One ways between depots are allowed in the off Seasons. This is on a request basis and a fee will apply.

Depots are as follows: Berlin - Dusseldorf - Frankfurt - Hamburg - Munich
Frankfurt: approx taxi fare from airport EUR 10 (~10~) (5 mins)

Pick-up and Drop off:
From January to March and October to December : Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
From April to September : Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
From April to September : Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.  (Saturday surcharge applies).
 If clients wish to pick up in the morning or drop off in the afternoon, we have to charge one extra day each.
 
Please Note: All Depots are closed between 24 December 2010 and 02 January 2011 - No Pick Up or Drop Off available during this time.

Travel outside Germany:
A special authorization is needed if clients wish to travel to Eastern European states. This authorization has to be signed in the station when they pick up the vehicle.
 
The entry to the following countries is allowed without authorization:
Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Sweden, and Switzerland.
 
The entry to the following countries is allowed only with authorization:
Albania, Bosnia-Herzigowina, Canary Islands, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Montenegro, Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia
 
The entry to the following countries is FORBIDDEN:
All Eastern and Non-European countries not listed above like Belarus, Bulgaria, Israel, Marocco, Moldavia, Russia, Romania, Turkey, Ukraine.
For countries not listed here, please ask.
Please note that it can be more difficult to get help in case of an accident or technical problems when clients travel to Eastern European or Non-European countries.

Cancellation Fees:
Cancellation fees take effect on receipt of your booking request.
Naturally, if the vehicle is unavailable the cancellation fee does not apply.
