One Way Fees:
One Way Rentals are available on request. A minimum rental period of 14 days applies. Pick-up of the camper must be downtown Amsterdam.

Drop-off in the following towns is possible at the following rates: Rates do not include Tax.

The exact time and location of the drop-off will be arranged on pick-up of the camper.
 

** A complete set of maps of Holland, Belgium, Luxemburg, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the U.K, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic and Scandinavia is included with this navigation system. . Note the Navigation system is not covered by insurance so you will have to leave Euro €250 deposit for this.

Insurance Options:
Your rental comes with Vehicle Insurance with an excess of €1000 + tax per incident, in the event of damage dome to the vehicle. You can reduce your excess by taking one of the following options:

Option 1 - CDW:
Pay an additional €12 + tax per day. (Max charge 60 days). This reduces your excess to NIL, however you are not covered for Overhead, Tires, Theft, and Windows. An excess of €1,000 per incident still occurs for these damages.

Option 2 - CDW Plus:
Pay an additional €18 + tax per day. (Max charge 60 days). This reduces your excess to NIL including damage to Overhead, Tires, Theft and Windows.

Exclusions:
Insurance does not cover theft of the GPS, Radio / CD if the removable front if not presented upon return. Frost damage, interior damage, your personal belongings, GPS and negligence is not covered by any of the insurance options.

Security Deposit:

• Standard Insurance: €1,000
• CDW Insurance: €1,000
• CDW Plus Insurance: NIL

No matter which insurance option is taken, a signed credit card authority will be taken.

• Security Deposit for GPS Rental: €500

Travel Restrictions:
You are welcome to travel to all European Countries, as well as Morocco and Turkey. You are NOT permitted to travel to Belarus.

Drivers:
Drivers must be between the ages of 19 and 75 years.
You must hold a full licence that is valid for the full rental period.

Pick Up and Drop Off:
The Depot is open -
Monday to Thursday: 09.00 hours - 17.00 hours
Friday: 09.00 hours - 16.00 hours
Saturday: 10.00 hours - 14.00 hours
Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays

Pick up can take place at any time during depot hours (must be at least half an hours after opening / half an hours before closing time).
Drop off must take place by 12.00 hours (noon).

Breakdown service:
A 24 hour multi-lingual European alarm-service for assistance for any major mechanical problem on all vehicles. All rentals include a substitute vehicle if your motorhome cannot be repaired within 48 hours.

Other useful info:
The depot is located 10 minutes by train from Amsterdam Airport. So don't bother with a taxi. From Amsterdam Central Railway Station it is a 5 minute walk to the depot. Trains to and from Amsterdam Airport to / from Central station go every 15 minutes.

If you are looking for a hotel close to the depot - we recommend 'Botel' - a boat-hotel next to the Central Railway station (tel. +31-20-6264247).

Travel to all of Eastern Europe is fine - except Belarus and vehicles may be taken on ferries without problem.

Once we make a reservation on your behalf cancellation fees apply. We therefore suggest that you take out Travel Insurance at this time.
