- Kitchen Set is also provided which includes cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, pots, frying pans, chopping board, knives, utensils including tin opener and wine opener and tea-towels.

** excluding any insurance loading, extra charges may be incurred if the driver to be insured has a traffic conviction, is using a non-UK or non-Republic of Ireland driving licence or is in an occupation which is deemed high risk. These charges will be passed onto the customers.
*** Bunk Campers will supply full breakdown cover to cover any mechanical faults to the base chassis of the camper van. Any call out charges necessitated by the client through operator error, e.g. a flat vehicle battery etc will be the responsibility of the client.
COLLECTION AND RETURN
- Collection from 10am / Return by 4pm
- Pick up and drop off time is any time between 10am and 4pm, seven days per week from 1 March to 31 October
- Collection / Return to agreed location at time of booking, non-standard locations may incur additional charge
Collection – please allow 1 hour to complete the documentation, collection of Bond and demonstration of vehicle. Vehicle will be handed over in a clean condition and in sound working order in accordance with the ‘Departure Checklist’. There are no refunds for early returns.
Return – please allow 1 hour to complete documentation and return of Caution Deposit in accordance with that set out in section 6 of Terms & Conditions.
Late Return – Bunk Campers must be notified immediately to prevent any prosecution for driver(s) driving whilst uninsured. An additional charge will be payable for late returns.
INSURANCE
Fully comprehensive insurance is provided by Bunk Campers to the driver named on the agreement holding a full, clean driving licence. Exceptions may apply for licenses that are from outside of the European Union, Australia, New Zealand or the USA.

Insurance Excess Update 2 berth:
A EUR 1000 deposit is taken upon collection of the 2 berth vehicle to cover insurance excess and any damage to the camper van. Insurance excess reduction of EUR 25 per day can be taken to reduce this amount to EUR 500
Should the vehicle suffer minor external damage then the deduction will be based on the cost of repair e.g. brake light replacement EUR 100. Involvement in an accident that results in serious damage to the vehicle will result in the full deposit being deducted.
The deposit is also used to cover damage to the living area of the vehicle. If the vehicle is returned in a poor state of cleanliness then EUR 100 will be deducted. Returning the vehicle without the waste tank emptied is a EUR 50 deduction. Damages to utilities (fridge, sink, cooker) will be charged at cost e.g. replacement fridge for 2 berth is EUR 100.
Insurance Excess Update 2 berth Delux & 4 berth:
A EUR 1,500 deposit is taken upon collection of the 4 berth vehicle to cover insurance excess and any damage to the camper van. Insurance excess reduction of EUR 25 per day can be taken to reduce this amount to EUR 750
Should the vehicle suffer minor external damage then the deduction will be based on the cost of repair e.g. brake light replacement EUR 100. Involvement in an accident that results in serious damage to the vehicle will result in the full deposit being deducted.
The deposit is also used to cover damage to the living area of the vehicle. If the vehicle is returned in a poor state of cleanliness then EUR 100 will be deducted. If the toilet and waste are not emptied then EUR 100 will be deducted. Damages to utilities (fridge, sink, cooker) will be charged at cost e.g. replacement fridge for 4 berth vehicle is EUR 350.
- This does not cover cost for replacement or repair of windows or tyre damage for which the hirer is responsible
- Driving by an unauthorised driver invalidates insurance. It is a criminal offence to drive without insurance in the UK and Ireland punishable at lawFailure to declare an accident is a criminal offence punishable at law
- The theft of a Bunk Camper will not be covered by insurance if the ignition keys are left in or on the vehicle whilst unoccupied and the hirer shall be held fully responsible for a replacement vehicle.
- Insurance does not cover or include the hirers’ personal belongings.
- No other hire insurance is acceptable for the rental of a Bunk Camper.
