The daily rental rate includes the following:
- Motorhome rental.
- Unlimited mileage. (from 7 days in Low & Mid Seasons and 15 days in High Season)
- Roadside assistance for the vehicle ARAG for Spain & Europe..
- Roadside assistance with Hymer (with more of 300 stations throughout Europe)
- Guidebook of Campsites in Portugal, Spain and Europe.
- Full insurance (CDW) with limit of 600 Euros by Damage.
- Lubricant expenses will be paid by AUTOCARAVAN EXPRESS, S.A. made payable by the customer when he presents the corresponding bills.
- VAT Tax at 21%.
Ready to depart fee:
A mandatory fee of EUR 50 + 21% VAT, which includes two gas cylinders and chemical products for the toilet.
Security Bond:
A refundable security bond of EUR 600 is payable by cash or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Diner's) when collecting the vehicle.
Driver Requirements:
The driver of the motorhome should be over 26 years old and have held a Class B (normal cars) driver's licence for over two years. You will need to show your identification (D.N.I. or passport) plus motorhome rental voucher.

Bedding:
The cost is EUR 24 + 21% VAT per person (if the rental is greater than 18 days, it is free).

Kitchen Utensils:
The cost is EUR 42 + 21% VAT (if the rental is greater than 18 days, it is free).
This kit includes:
- Ladle
- Saucepan
- Frying pan
- Plates
- Glasses
- Set of cutlery
- Cups
- Skimmer
Air Conditioning:
We have models with air conditioning and some without air conditioning.
This option cost EUR 15.50 + 21% VAT per day for Groups A, B, C, D & E.
Camping Set:
The Camping Set includes a outdoor table & chairs.
This option cost EUR 24 + 21% VAT per hire.
Colour TV:
We can include a TV. There is a special place for it. This television go by 220v, with a converter to 12v to 220v.
Also there are available the following options:
- Color TV: EUR 12 + 21% VAT per day. (max cost = EUR 67, deposit of EUR 135 required)
- Color TV + DVD: EUR 22 + 21% VAT per day. (max cost = EUR 92, deposit of EUR 175 required)
Group I motorhome has the Television and DVD in the rental price).
Bicycle Rack and Bicycles:
This extra costs EUR 9 + 21% VAT per bicycle per day. Bike rack is EUR 150 + 18% VAT per hire.
Maximum 4 bicycles per motorhome. It is not possible in Group A and B. In the motorhomes Group F and H the bike support it is not necessary because it has an exterior compartment down the back double bed. The cost maximum for each bike is EUR 32 + VAT, and the deposit is EUR 59.
Seat Belts:
All the dinned have seat belt (except the Group A). For rentals 12 days or more this option it is free of charge. The seat belts included in the cabin are: Group A (4 seat belts), Group B (4 seat belts), Group C (4 seat belts), Group D (6 seat belts), Group E (6 seat belts), Group F (6 seat belts), Group G (6 seat belts), Group H (6 seat belts).
Baby Seats:
The cost is EUR 6 + 21% VAT per day with a maximum of EUR 62 + VAT. The refundable deposit is EUR 80. Please, it is important to inform us how many month / years the baby is, and its weight.
Tyre / Chains:
Only recommended it in case of skiing or high mountains The cost is EUR 9 + 18% VAT per day with a maximum of EUR 52 + 21% VAT. The deposit is EUR 70. |
