GENERAL SELLING CONDITIONS      Registration to CHATEAUX AIR TOURS involves the previous acceptation of the particular selling conditions stated below. Each client registering a this tour is espected to know the description of the chosen product, the general and particular selling conditions, the warnings and all other information and to accept them as a whole. The general terms of sale of Wagram Energie company, offering the Chateaux Air Tours trip, are governed by articles 95 to 103 of decree n° 94-490 dated June 15, 1994 taken to enforce article 31 of law n° 92-645 dated July 13, 1992. PARTICULAR SELLING CONDITIONS Responsabilities      This brochure was created in December 2001 and takes into account the information known at that time. CHATEAUX AIR TOURS chose its purveyors in order to offer its clients the best stay. Our company is able to adapt itself to many new events. Neverthless, we cannot face a few events for which we could not be held responsible. CHATEAUX AIR TOURS is in charge of its clients as soon as they arrive in Paris International Airport until their departure from Paris. We cannot be held responsible for the delays due to airlines companies. In case the departure or return are changed because of those delays, the client cannot apply for any indemnification. We undertake not to cancel a tour at less than 45 days from the entended day of departure. The client cannot ask for any indemnification should we cancel the tour (before or during the tour) in case of major security reason, beyond our control. If need be, we can substitute an hotel to another, take an other itinerary than the foreseen one or cancel/change visits. No indemnification will be given. CHATEAUX AIR TOURS will not take any responsability for any act by any foreign government on local laws pertaining to delays, bureaucracy, or any other matter, for closure of airports, availability of certain products (eg. Avgas, drinks etc.) or for any weather nor its consequences. Services and prices      The prices of this tours are supposed to be per person, in US$ or in Euros as stated on the contract. Should your stay be shorten by any reason beyond CHATEAUX AIR TOURS control, you could not ask for any indemnification. After you registered our tour, we will not accept any contestation about our prices. The client is expected to compare by himself to make the best choice. He has to notice that our prices take several services in account, often unique, for which no details could be given in our brochure. Sales and specials      For those who are always ready to leave, "last minute" promotions will sometime be offered. Thus, different clients may have paid different prices for the same tour. No balance repayment is foreseen for those who paid the normal price. After selling      A client who would have noticed an irregular service operation should present his claim to the local responsible person in order to settle the conflict on the premises. The contract beetween the company and the client shall, notwithstanding it's place of performance or acceptance, be subject to the laws of France and all actions shall take place in French Courts. Cancellation conditions      Our cancellation conditions are very simple : - More than 60 days before departure, you'll be charged by 0 % of the total amount. - Less than 60 days before departure, you' ll be charge by 100 % of the total amount. We would strongly suggest you to get a cancellation insurance upon booking by asking your travel agent. This insurance may apply in case of cancellation from CHATEAUX AIR TOURS during the tour if events beyond its control occurs. Insurances      CHATEAUX AIR TOURS's clients benefit of an insurance for all transports, (luggages and personal effect in the event of an accident/incident relative to the aircraft only) as well as a personnal accident insurance during the whole tour. Contract assignment      The assigner must send at least 15 days before the departure a registered letter with aknowledgement, in which are precisely indicated the state of being of the assigner and that of the new sharer. Modification costs will be charge proportionaly to the dates of the assignment and the departure. It is his responsability to meet the necessary visa requirements.
